4. User Conduct

- Upload obscene, offensive, or inappropriate photos or content.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other members.
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Create multiple accounts or profiles.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Share or distribute other members' personal information without consent.
5. Profile Content
- You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, descriptions, etc.).
- By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform for matchmaking purposes.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
- We reserve the right to reject or suspend profiles that do not meet our community guidelines.
6. Key System
- Certain features (such as viewing detailed profiles) require "keys".
- Free keys may be provided to new users or through promotional offers.
- The number of free keys and the key system may change at our discretion.

10. Account Termination

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Upon termination, your profile, photos, and associated data will be permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
