Havyaka Vivaha is a matrimony platform exclusively for adults aged 18 and above within the Havyaka Brahmin community. We are fully committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and maintaining a safe platform for all users.
Age Requirement
Our platform is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to register or use our services. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and deleted.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Havyaka Vivaha has a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexually exploits or harms minors. This includes:
- Any content depicting the sexual exploitation of minors
- Grooming behavior targeting minors
- Any attempt to solicit minors for sexual purposes
- Distribution or sharing of CSAM in any form
Prevention Measures
- Registration requires users to declare they are 18 or older
- Profile verification process to confirm user identity
- Content moderation of uploaded photos
- In-app reporting tool for users to flag inappropriate content or behavior
- Admin review of reported profiles and content
- Immediate account suspension upon confirmed violations

Users can report child safety concerns directly within the app using the report button on any profile or message. Reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours.

Compliance with Authorities
Havyaka Vivaha complies with all applicable child safety laws in India, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We will report any CSAM or child exploitation content discovered on our platform to the relevant national authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, and Indian law enforcement agencies.
